Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Connection information — when you connect a number, we store its WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display number, and verified name.
• Health & monitoring data — quality rating, messaging tier, connection state, and a timeline of status events.
• Access credentials — an access token, scoped to your account, that lets us read your number's status. It is encrypted at rest and never shared.

How we use your information

• To enable Coexistence onboarding for your number.
• To monitor your connection's health and show it to you, and to detect and record disconnections.
• To operate, secure, and support the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not read or store the content of your conversations.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly needed to run the service (for example, our hosting and database provider), and with Meta as required to provide the integration. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Security

Passwords are hashed, access tokens are encrypted at rest, and all traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will remove your account, connections, stored tokens, and monitoring history.

Cookies

We use a single, essential cookie to keep you signed in (and one to remember your language). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
