Integrations

A connected number reaches your systems two ways: Meta delivers incoming messages to a URL you nominate, and you send through the Cloud API.

How any integration works here

There is no plugin to install and no SDK of ours to depend on. The integration surface is a URL and a REST call, which is why this works with tools that have never heard of us.

  1. 1
Point the webhook at your systemSet the destination once. Meta then delivers incoming messages and phone app echoes straight there, never through us.
  2. 2
Answer Meta's verificationYour endpoint has to echo hub.challenge back on the GET handshake before anything is delivered.
  3. 3
Send with the number's own credentialsPhone number id and access token, read from the dashboard or through the MCP connector, against the Cloud API.
  4. 4
Respect the 24 hour windowFree text inside it, an approved template outside it. This is the rule that breaks integrations in production.

Every integration, one page each
